AUTHOR CIRCLE!

A lot of discussion and self assessment must be done before anyone can move up an independence level.   Here's a photo of Cam, Saul and Matty assessing their writing.  They are trying to see where it fits on our Good Story Judging Rules Rubric. 

This helps them identify what's good about their story and also shows them what areas they need to improve.   It's a great learning tool and a good motivator as well!
