We have appointed Stem Captains for our inquiry into how to help Jack get down the beanstalk quickly. The Stem Captain has lots of responsibilities. They are in charge of making sure the organisers are filled in, making sure that everyone has a say and most importantly, making sure the group follows the inquiry process correctly.
